The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is a self-contained resort. In addition to onsite hotel dining optionspop-up lunch stands will be available in the Calusa Foyer on Thursday and Saturday. Salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for purchase by CASH or hotel room charge.

All lost and found articles will be held at the conference registration desk.

PRESENTATION UPLOAD
The speaker ready room will be located in Blue Heron near the registration desk Wednesday - Saturday. Presenters will be able to preview, edit and upload their presentations in this room.
 
If your talk contains multimedia files, please be sure to bring those files to the conference in case they have to be re-inserted into your presentation.
 
AT THE MEETING
Speakers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their session to introduce themselves to the session chair. DO NOT BRING YOUR LAPTOP to the session room. A/V staff will not be able to connect your laptop.
 
A NOTE TO MAC USERS
Mac users should not use “drag-and-drop” to insert pictures and video files. Most problems, such as the infamous “red x” are the result of this. Using the “INSERT” command from the menu will virtually eliminate these issues. The PowerPoint file must have the .ppt or .pptx suffix to be accepted. As noted above, QuickTime movies (.MOV) must be converted to a PC compatible format before submission.

Thursday and Friday posters should be mounted on the assigned board by 7:30 AM on the assigned day and should be taken down by 6:00 PM. Thursday and Friday posters will be up all day.

Saturday AM posters should be be mounted on the assigned board by 7:30 AM and should be taken down by 1:00 PM.

Authors assigned to a morning poster session are asked to stand by their posters from 8:00 - 10:00 AM whereas authors assigned to an evening poster session are asked to stand by their posters from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. 

Posters that are not taken down by the specified time will be discarded.

Posters should be no higher than 40 inches and no wider than 42 inches (half sized posters). Push pins and poster board numbers will be provided.

The registration desk is located in the Calusa Foyer on level 1 and is open during the following hours:

Tuesday 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wednesday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thursday 7:30 am - 8:30 pm

Friday 7:30 am - 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm           

Saturday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm

 

The speaker ready area will be available to all oral presenters to both preview and edit your presentations if necessary. The speaker ready area is located in Blue Heron located near the Registration Desk.

Speaker Ready Room Hours:

Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
