DIVERSITY FELLOWSHIP MEET AND GREET
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Location: Calusa Terrace
What: Join us to meet other trainees who won diversity fellowships.

WELCOME BANQUET (Purchased Ticket Required)
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Location: Waterfall pool deck. Look for trainee tables (blue tablecloths and signs in the center of the table).
What: Come meet other trainees and start building connections!

Thursday, April 24

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Time: 7:30 - 9:00 AM
Location: Driftwood
Follow the signs to the breakfast area. Look for the trainee tables (signs in the center of the table).
What: Come eat breakfast with other trainees! There will be icebreakers and conversation starters at each table.

LUNCH
Time: 12:45 -2:00 PM
Location: Walk through the coffee shop and exit out to the tables directly outside.
What: Bring your lunch and come learn about what to do and where to eat during the conference. Build stronger connections with your fellow trainees and make plans for dinner and learn what you can do during the Friday free time!

NETWORKING RECEPTION
Time: 6:00 -7:00 PM
Location: Calusa Foyer
What: Join the Mentoring and Networking committee and meet your 2025-2026 mentoring matrix!

Friday, April 25
