Virtual Poster Preparation Guidelines

• Virtual poster presentations include the required JPG/PDF poster, as well as, an optional 5-minute video presentation. Both of these components may be exported directly from Microsoft PowerPoint. While there are no required dimensions for your poster, we suggest using the 4:3 PowerPoint slide format.
• Virtual poster authors will be provided a presentation portal link to upload an electronic version of their poster for viewing by conference attendees.
• Access to Virtual Posters will be restricted to confirmed registrants and will be posted until May 6, 2022.

GATHERTOWN

We will be using Gathertown to connect during the virtual poster session on April 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM EDT. Using this platform, you'll be able to directly interact with fellow attendees including presenters during each poster session in a format that helps to emulate the experience of an in-person event.
