Cancellation Policy

The AChemS cancellation policy is as follows:

  • THROUGH MARCH 15, 2023: Cancellations made before March 16, 2023 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • MARCH 16 - MARCH 24, 2023: Cancellations will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
  • AFTER MARCH 25, 2023: Cancellations after this date are not eligible for refunds.
