Headquarter Hotel Discount*

Reservations must be made by the hotel reservation deadline (while rooms are available). Discounts cannot be applied after a registration payment has been made and discounts cannot be given for hotel reservations outside of the AChemS 2026 hotel block. Discount will apply for a maximum of 2 people per hotel confirmation number, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.

How to Receive the Registration Discount

Step 1: Make your hotel reservation at ISLAND GRAND AT TRADEWINDS and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are sharing a room, your name must also be listed on the reservation.

Step 2: Log into the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM and click on "Registration".

Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.


Cancellation Policy

The conference registration cancellation policy is as follows:

  • THROUGH MARCH 16, 2026: Cancellations made before March 14, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • MARCH 17 - MARCH 24, 2026: Cancellations will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
  • AFTER MARCH 25, 2026: Cancellations after this date are not eligible for refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations and/or changes must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected].


With the approval of the AChemS executive committee, the registration fee can be waived for Non-Profit Organization and Government employees who attend the meeting to advertise funding opportunities. By taking this offer, the attendee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the ethical policies of his/her employer. Please contact the executive office at [email protected] for details.
