Headquarter Hotel Discount*

Receive 100 USD discount off the conference registration rate. Reservations must be made by the hotel reservation deadline (while rooms are available). If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.

How to Receive the Registration Discount

Step 1: Make your hotel reservation at HYATT REGENCY COCONUT POINT and receive your hotel reservation confirmation number.

Step 2: Log into the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM and click on "Registration".

Step 3: Enter your hotel reservation confirmation number when prompted to receive the discount.


Cancellation Policy

The conference registration cancellation policy is as follows:

  • THROUGH MARCH 14, 2025: Cancellations made before March 15, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • MARCH 15 - MARCH 25, 2025: Cancellations will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
  • AFTER MARCH 26, 2025: Cancellations after this date are not eligible for refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations and/or changes must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 312-896-5614.


With the approval of the AChemS executive committee, the registration fee can be waived for Non-Profit Organization and Government employees who attend the meeting to advertise funding opportunities. By taking this offer, the attendee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the ethical policies of his/her employer. Please contact the executive office at [email protected] for details.
